NEURODIVERGENT AFFIRMING COUNSELING

Neurodiversity affirming care is the foundation of my work. As a neurodiversity affirming therapist, I affirm the unique way your brain is wired, and seek to understand rather than pathologize. Whatever your communication style, sensory profile, or ways of connecting with others, I'm committed to creating a therapy experience that works for you.

AUTISM AND ADHD

The core focus of my practice is providing support for Autism and/or ADHD. I take a collaborative approach to exploring your neurotype, understanding yourself, and building a lifestyle and community that works for you. I love to hear about your special interests, new hobbies, and the things that are important to you!

LGBTQ+ IDENTITY

My sessions are an inclusive, affirming space for LGBTQ+ folks, and I am proud to offer gender-affirming care. I am a kink-allied therapist and am experienced in working with polyamorous clients. Whether you're looking for a provider who understands your experience, or who will partner with you to explore your identity or navigate relationships, I would love to work with you.

CAREGIVER SUPPORT

Whether you're a parent or guardian, a medical or school professional, or even a therapist yourself, you deserve to feel supported, confident, and energized. It can be a challenge to balance your own needs with the needs of your loved ones. I'm passionate about supporting caregivers to build resilient communities and support networks. As the saying goes, "it takes a village" - and I'm here to be part of that village for you.

TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS

I have multiple years of experience with teenagers and young adults across a variety of settings. I love creating an authentic connection with teens and young adults and I have an honest, respectful, and playful communication style. Exploring personal values and identity, relationships and conflict, and life transitions are all exciting milestones that come with this part of life!

MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION

Knowledge is power! I want my clients to be able to engage in life in ways that are meaningful to them - even if challenges come your way. I believe that education is a key part of therapy - and I'm a little bit of a nerd! Understanding how and why your brain works helps you advocate for yourself and identify what skills and life changes will help you feel more comfortable. Let's explore that together!
