I’m a neurodivergent therapist, and I love my job! I'm excited to collaborate with you to explore your unique strengths, interests, and support needs. I believe that knowledge is power, and I prioritize treatment that validates and celebrates your lived experiences. I would be honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside you as you untangle your identity, actualize self-compassion, and build a life rich with community and peace.
SPECIALTIES
I provide individual therapy services to teens and adults age 12+. My focus areas include ADHD, Autism, LGBTQ+ experiences, and gender-affirming care. I also enjoy supporting caregivers as they navigate self-care, burnout, and balancing their own needs with the needs of their loved ones.
EXPERIENCE
My career as a therapist began with providing school-based care to adolescents. This gives me a unique perspective to support adolescents in individual therapy, but also to support caregivers trying to navigate the educational system! I also have experience with multicultural families, young adults, college students, and folks with complex nuerodivergent profiles.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire
- Masters of Social Work at the University of Minnesota, 2022
